Returns

We all know it can be tricky buying online and are happy for you to exchange or return items. 

As a small business, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to return an item.

To return an item, please follow the instructions on your dispatch note inside your package or contact us at returns@weartwo.co.uk 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (and bags if included) so that we can re-sell it.

We recommend posting the item back via a tracked service, such as Royal Mail tracked 48 - which can be bought online - as we cannot accept responsibility for any losses.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at returns@weartwo.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and then return the item(s) you don’t want. You may contact us at returns@weartwo.co.uk if you need more time on your returns window to allow you to try both items and make a decision for example.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
